Cancellation/Refund Policies

Cancellation Policy

At Accelez, we strive to provide the best possible service to our clients. However, we understand that there may be circumstances that require you to cancel your service. Our cancellation policy is outlined below:

  1. Cancellation by Client:
    • Notice: Clients may cancel their service by providing written notice to Accelez at least 30 days before the desired cancellation date.
    • Method: Cancellations must be submitted via email to hello@accelez.com.
    • Confirmation: Once we receive your cancellation request, we will send a confirmation email within 5 business days.
  2. Cancellation by Accelez:
    • Right to Terminate: Accelez reserves the right to cancel any service at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe the client’s actions are harmful to our interests, violate our terms and conditions, or for any other reason.
    • Refunds: If Accelez cancels the service without cause, a pro-rated refund will be issued for the remaining period of the service.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy ensures that clients are treated fairly and transparently. Below are the conditions under which refunds may be issued:

  1. Refund Eligibility:
    • Initial Consultation: Fees paid for initial consultations are non-refundable.
    • Service Packages: For service packages paid in advance, refunds are available for the unused portion of the service, provided the client submits a cancellation request in accordance with our cancellation policy.
  2. Non-Refundable Services:
    • Completed Services: No refunds will be issued for services that have been completed.
    • Partially Completed Services: For services that are in progress, Accelez will evaluate the amount of work completed and issue a partial refund based on the remaining work not performed.
  3. Refund Request Process:
    • Submission: Clients must submit a refund request in writing via email to hello@accelez.com.
    • Review: Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 14 business days of receipt.
    • Approval: If approved, refunds will be issued using the original method of payment within 14 business days of approval.
  4. Disputes:
    • Resolution: If a client disagrees with the refund amount or the decision, they may contact our customer service team to discuss and resolve the issue.
    • Final Decision: Accelez reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all refunds.
